VIPER - Video Surveillance Systems over UTP Structured Cabling.
VIPER is a patent-pending system that allows for the customary
three installation cables (Video, Control and Power) to be
combined into a single LAN Data cable, CAT 5 or greater, with
standard RJ45 connectors. VIPER supports all makes of Analog
Security Cameras, DVR's, Monitors and Controllers and is already
installed at the 'London Underground' linking and powering
over 2,000 cameras.
VIPER provides Customers with cost-effective long-haul
(over 1 mile) NTSC / PAL / SECAM quality video with the flexibility
and cost savings of installation over UTP Structured Cabling
Systems.

VIPER
Video Surveillance 4-Slot Chassis VP-5004
This
19-inch rack-mountable chassis is capable of holding up to
4 VIPER modular Video Data cards. The chassis may be used
for both remote wiring closet and headend VIPER applications.
A single chassis with appropriate modular cards is capable
of handling up to 16 fixed or pan, tilt, zoom (PTZ) Analog
Security Cameras. A combination of both fixed and PTZ cameras
may be supported by a single 4-Slot Chassis.

This
19-inch rack-mountable chassis is capable of holding up to
10 VIPER modular Video Data cards. The chassis may be used
for both remote wiring closet and headend VIPER applications.
A single chassis with appropriate modular cards is capable
of handling up to 40 fixed or 36 pan, tilt, zoom (PTZ) Analog
Security cameras. A combination of both fixed and PTZ cameras
may be supported by a single 10-Slot Chassis.

Surveillance Modular Video Data Cards VP-6000
The
VIPER Video Data Cards fit into the VIPER VP-5004 or VP-5010
Chassis and allows Video to be sent up to 4600 feet (1400
meters) over a single Category5 or better cable. The fully
Hot Swappable cards are designed to connect up to 4 cameras
each and pass 1.5 amps of 28 volt power to each camera. 10
different video cards are available allowing for short, medium
and long distance cable runs.
VIPER
Video Surveillance Video - Control - Power Balun VP-7000
The
VIPER VP-7000 Series Baluns combine video, control and power
into a single UTP cable where the video signals can be transported
up to 4600 feet (1400 meters) when connected with the VIPER
Surveillance system.
The VIPER Balun supports the RS170, NTSC, PAL, SECAM and CCIR
video formats.
